Step 1: Order Your ReFab Bag
Order a ReFab Bag directly from our website. It comes with a free prepaid label for sending textiles.
Step 2: Pack Your Items
Now it’s time to fill up your ReFab Bag. We accept a wide range of textiles, including clothing, linens, hats, socks, wireless bras, and more (see full list). Whether your items are like new, or well-loved and worn, we’re ready to give them a second life. Just ensure everything is clean before packing.
Step 3: Register & Drop Off Your Bag
Register your ReFab bag by submitting the simple online form provided in your order confirmation email. This step is crucial to ensure your textiles are properly processed and repurposed. Once your bag is packed and ready to go, take it to any Canada Post location near you for drop off and scan the prepaid barcode on the bag. Once your bag is received at our warehouse we'll issue you a $25 store credit towards your next purchase.
