Yes! Please send an email to info@shopdreamsjumper.com with the product(s) you're looking for as well as your location, and we'll try our best to source it for you.
If we don't have any stock on hand, we'll let you know if we're expecting a supply in the near future, or we'll gladly suggest an alternative product from the range.


Linen sheets have been the preferred option for bedding for millennia. These sheets are smooth and comfy without breaking the bank, thanks to their varying thread counts and woven construction. The softness of linen sheets can also improve with repeated washings without compromising their longevity. So yes, they are one of the most comfortable bedding options out there.

SHIPPING


Following receipt of your purchase, we try to ship your products the next business day.  If you place an order from 12pm on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be shipped the following week. Please check carefully if your item is a Pre Order or Custom order for further information on arrival dates.
When products are shipped from Dreams Jumper, shipping might take anywhere from 2 to 15 days, depending on your location.

PAYMENTS & PURCHASING

DELIVERY

Given the fact that our couriers are not equipped to accept payments, we are unable to offer payment upon delivery. As such full payment is required before your order is dispatched.


We ship all our domestic parcels using Canada Post, you can view the expected network delivery speeds and coverage here, please note that we cannot control the whereabouts once the parcel has left our warehouse. It is ideal for someone to be available to accept delivery. For your convenience, we recommend having your order sent to your work address if being at home during business hours is not an option.

Get in touch with us! If the package hasn't been packed, our crew might be able to help! If the courier is unable to deliver your order owing to an invalid, incomplete, or partially filled address, Canada Post will return it to us. To ensure safe delivery, please double-check your information at checkout. If your package is returned to sender, you will be charged a reshipping cost and will have to wait longer for your lovely linen.
